Her agency needs heroes to investigate, but what else aren't they telling you? And what's up with the strange monsters that are appearing all over town? The other major New York superhero teams are otherwise occupied, so it's up to your group to find out!

This challenging mission by Jack Herman is compatible with both Villains and Vigilantes 2.1 and Living Legends, and is sutiable for a team of 5 to 7 Villains and Vigilantes characters of level 3 to 4, or 5 to 7 standard power level Living Legends characters with 5 to 15 experience. Or you can play as the major superhero team of Grand Rapids, Michigan - the Indestructibles.
